For attics with thin or uneven coverage. We assess existing insulation, accessible air leaks and ventilation before recommending additional cellulose or other preparation.
For suitable walls, roof assemblies, rim joists and other applications. The foam type and thickness depend on the assembly, moisture conditions and project requirements.
For cold floors and air leakage below the home. We assess the crawlspace before recommending floor or wall insulation, rim-joist air sealing and vapor-barrier work.
Cellulose for suitable existing wall cavities. We review siding, existing insulation and access, then explain how openings and finish work will be handled.
For unsuitable insulation or access needed for repairs. We assess the condition before recommending full removal, selective removal or keeping sound existing material.
Batt insulation for suitable open framing and other accessible spaces. Coverage, fit and preparation matter as much as the material selected.
For workshops, garages and other post-frame buildings. Tell us how the space will be used and heated so we can discuss insulation and condensation concerns.

Uneven room temperatures, cold floors and drafts can have different causes. Attic coverage, air leakage, wall insulation and conditions below the floor may all play a part.
We inspect the relevant areas before recommending removal, additional insulation or a combination of improvements. Insulation alone does not fix roof leaks, pest entry or every heating and cooling problem.

Not always. Suitable existing insulation can often remain. We assess its condition and the preparation needed before recommending insulation removal or a top-up.
The right choice depends on the space, construction, moisture conditions, access and budget. Attic cellulose, wall batts and spray foam each have useful applications; one material is not the best answer for every part of a building.
Area, material and thickness, access, existing insulation and preparation all affect cost. A project-specific estimate is more useful than a single square-foot price that leaves out those details.
